Refunds and Cancellations

We do not frequently accept returns. Multiple pictures are added to each listing to give you as much detail, and to let you see every side to the piece. Videos can be sent as well upon request. You may still email us at thesoulfulempath1@gmail.com to request a return, but it is not guaranteed for approval.

IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or it was delivered damaged please contact me as soon as possible. I will do everything I can to help. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are based in Maryland so please plan accordingly if you live further away. It may take longer for the item to get here.

If you are shipping multiple items or anything over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Soulful Empath is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
